Pros
Workload is manageable if you are good at your job. Timelines for all projects and tasks are flavourable. The timelines will keep pushing back. Just don't be the bottleneck. Colleagues are nice and friendly. This place is the best place for retirement job.
Cons
No pay increment. Don't bother to ask for pay raise every year. No employee had pay riase for the past 5 years. No commission for sales if the product manage to be sold. No reimbursement for transport. Visiting places is out of own transport and cannot claims. No variable and performance bonus at the end of year. They will promise you at the start but past 5 years no bonus had been given. Money will only pump into Pakistan office where the CEO is from. Company will hire more people there to replace people in Singapore.
