Pros

For the work you do, the pay is pretty good. I've worked at tier 1 positions for different staffing companies doing almost exactly the same work for 5-6 less per hour.

Cons

It's a call center job. Angry people call you all day long. You need thick skin and a heart of stone to get through more than a month working here. It's a big company and metrics and policies are not always logical or reasonable. Little to no upward mobility, very little opportunities for raises.

Some of the most helpful senior agents possible Some of the managers are quality, and have your back

Cons

Mandatory overtime, almost ALL the time No room for progress, obvious office politics Emphasis on final solutions, rarely a final solution

Pros

Pay was good to start and there was overtime for senior Tech.

Cons

Very little opportunity for growth. Education and experience weren't the keys for success. It was more like how well you networked.
