Pros

Healthy water to drink everyday Managers are nice enough because they need to keep you around Free Leads! (explained below) Memorise a script and read it - your job With a partner when you start out

Cons

- PLEASE do yourself a favour and READ ALL reviews.. ASAP constantly ask managers and new hires to write a positive review on here to drown out the real reviews from people.. unfortunately it's a numbers game for them because the turnover rate is VERY, VERY HIGH. - People are sent scratch cards indicating they have won something BUT to claim their prize they have to listen to the 1h 30 mins - 3 hours presentation - your job. They just want the prize and want you to leave. - This is a commission job, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO QUIT, this job is not for everyone. - You wait up to 1-3 hours everyday just waiting for management to get you an appointment. - You must call managers after your presentation telling him you got the sale OR not.. then the manager tries to lower the price, telling the customer they're getting a 1 time special deal.. thanksgiving, easter, spring, summer, fall, winter sale.. you name it. If the customer still wants to think about it, you have to call your manager back to have him lower it again and again. For example: All customers, while some are pleasant, eventually just want you to leave while they think about it. Despite intruding on customers at late hours, ive started a presentation at 8:40 pm and stayed at a customers house until 11:30 pm.. the customer's wife already put their children to bed and the manager STILL wanted me to stay. He said "You're not afraid of getting kicked out of a house are you? Lower the price to $xxxx and TRY AGAIN! Don't call me back unless you've got the sale" - Even though the machine is well over $5000 you are taught to steer customers into their ~Easy Budget Payment~ This payment increases the price quite significantly and quite honestly I have felt bad selling this to people living paycheck to paycheck. - Clients by law, have up to 10 days to cancel the agreement and ask for a FULL refund. You are taught to lie to customers and tell them they cannot, I have been called a LIAR and a CHEATER and an EVIL person by customers who changed their mind the next day and want a refund. - If a customer changes his/her mind, you must go back to the house and try to convince them otherwise and calm them down so they dont take legal action.

Pros

Learn a tiny bit about sales and how to manipulate people into buying the product

Cons

In order to get your pay you have to work for a full 30 days... thats around 60 presentations you HAVE to do which can take up to 2 hours long... They work you overtime, showing presentations which is long process and it's all based out of comission. READ THE CONTRACT before you get into the business. Company makes you drive everywhere and doesn't pay for your gas money, neither do they do anything! No benefits or anything. They tire you out and it's a 7 day work!

You probably worked with us over a year or two ago. Since then, a lot of changes happened. We are now on a demo pay scheme that works out to be $18.36 per hour, paid weekly every Monday with or without a sale. We do not work 7 days, in fact we encourage others to work part time to supplement their income. We also give out $100 gas cards weekly when targets are met and benefits after 90 days are also in place. I can say that the company has evolved for the better since those days because we listened to our self employed consultants demands in order to created a more positive environment.
