Cons

Where do I even begin? 1. Frequent Layoffs: Every 5–6 months, employees are asked to resign without warning or explanation. This creates a constant atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. 2. Post-Layoff Behavior: After you're let go, the company often spreads misinformation about you to remaining employees. 3. Unrealistic Expectations: A 24/7 work culture is the norm. Skipping a meeting—even for valid reasons—can put your job at risk. 4. Inconsistent Recognition: One day you're praised; the next, you're shown the door. There's no stability. 5. Toxic Politics: Internal politics run deep. Climbing the ladder often involves backstabbing and undermining others. 6. Talent Drain: The best employees have either left voluntarily or been forced out. 7. Below-Average Compensation: Salaries are not competitive with the market. 8. Empty Promises: The company preaches culture and values, but in practice, these are ignored. 9. Favoritism: Promotions and opportunities often go to favorites, not based on merit. Leadership is disconnected and unapproachable. 10. Lack of Direction: The product lacks a clear vision. Constant pivots and poor sales have led to repeated layoffs. 11. Minimal Raises: Annual salary increases are negligible and don’t reflect performance. 12. Disappointing management: Hopes were high with the new CEO, but nothing has improved. Poor decisions continue to harm employee morale and stability. 13. They call themselves leaders but don't know the meaning of it. They are just managers who have no idea what their associates are doing but still act as if they every thing. Bottom line: Do not trust this company. It’s heading in the wrong direction. Join only if you're comfortable living in constant fear of losing your job and don’t mind sacrificing your personal life.
