At the same time, we are sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience left you feeling unsupported. Adult ESL programs can be complex, particularly in areas such as student needs, scheduling, and staffing. Even within that reality, we understand how important it is for teachers to feel respected, treated fairly, and communicated with clearly when decisions affect their work. Part-time staffing is common in many ESL programs, but that does not lessen the importance of building a professional and supportive environment for instructors. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to strengthen communication, consistency, and the overall teacher experience.
