NOTHING FOR EMPLOYEES AND NO GROWTH

Cons

Less focus on new technical advancement,Old-driven technology,Less salary and low hikes.Compulsory Bond signing,educational certificates are taken,no flexible shifts and no working hours schedule,most weekends office work has to be done,worst official ethics in senior members,no performance rating.
