No work stress. Easy task. Friendly environment. Fun activities.
Cons
Career will be surely spoiled. Anyone can get a job in this company regardless of qualification. No job security. If they don't have project the management will throw away the employees. And No benefits like PF, ESI and etc., After working there for one year i feel like i wasted my time. Salary is very low.
