Pros
The holdco team at ASG is top notch. They understand and support the portfolio company leaders. They offer the right level of oversight without micromanaging. The investment in culture and people is real and is the key differentiator between ASG and other hold cos.
Cons
Fast growing team and portfolio comes with growing pains, new people, new processes and occasional communication gaps.
