Select managers are fair, on point, and awesome, most techs and installers are supportive, helpful, and willing to educate others

low hourly pay, hard to balance a work/life schedule, inadequate training, no actual timeframe for raises, some office members create un-needed drama and waste techs time and energy

Managers are on a first name with you. Managers listen to concerns. Managers are concerned about welfare.

Pay raises are hard to come by. If reassigned there is little notice. Communication is poor about changes. Orders aren't implemented. Most employees are bitter and it isn't known at head office.
