      Pros

      Overall people are friendly if you are fast at your job.

      Cons

      CEO doesnt take the time to promote young people. or give them more responsibility, higher pay and role. It seems like she has major trust issue with the younger and faster generation. The longer you stay at the company means you are more qualify for the senior position to them. Most of the senior upper management are all the original team from when the company was founded and they refuse to change a lot of their traditional thinking. All the systems are outdated as well because they are too cheap to renew them to the latest version.

Our most recent internal promotions were of new staff of various ages. Our leaders promote based on performance not by favoritism, and compensate accordingly.       Pros

      Occasional free lunch, and near other computer distributors.

      Cons

      Near garbage dump and really stinks during Summer. Micromanagers, and picky about non sales related activities. Very paranoid leadership. If you are not Chinese, you will not like working here. Mandarin is spoken 75% of the time, Cantonese 15% of the time, and broken English the remaining 10%.

We recognize that in order for our company to be successful by having good communication with our colleagues is key. One of our ongoing objectives is to improve better communication with our team and we will continue to evaluate the most effective way to do so. We are located in a very progressive industrial part of City of Fremont. The city has made significant improvements to the development of the area. Some of our new neighbors include Tesla, Delta, and Living Spaces. There are nearby walking and bike trails accessible to employees. We continue to work with our managers to improve our processes and benefits. Your experience is important to us, and these details will be shared with our management team so we may review our benefits and compensation to remain competitive in our industry.       Pros

      Lots of free lunches, mostly asian food of varying quality. Management was flexible with my schedule while I attended law school at night.

      Cons

      Management is almost exclusively Asian, and they always talk behind your back. No trust given to American workers. Fraternization between employees is discouraged unless one of the participants is a manager - then it's ok. The owner prefers to be feared, not respected, and she gets her way. Benefits are substandard, and change at the drop of a hat.
