      Pros

      Most of the people there are great to work with (to the point that I don't understand why they stay). Learned many different departments.

      Cons

      Extremely condescending and micro-managing CEO with no respect for others' time. Very negative work environment. Long days/overtime is expected regardless of personal life outside of work; poor work/life balance.

      There are no pros except for the employees. They are very talented people and unfortunately working with a company/owner that does not appreciate people.

      Cons

      Worse place you could imagine! Extremely micro managed, no respect for employees, the owner is over the top, and NO BENEFITS!!!

      Pros

      Learned a LOT working here - was a great first job in regards to learning experience.

      Cons

      Micro management does not even begin to fully describe the environment here. Verbal abuse are not outside the norm. Employees are treated like children. Long hours and very hard work are not appreciated or respected by upper management.
