Pros

Only one straight forward reason, reasonably good pay. REALLY, that IS it!

Cons

1. Not a place for new-blood joining the workforce. If you join this place you have to be prepared to learn fast. You have to establish your impression quickly, either you be beneficial to the company, thus being more popular among your group. OR , you go straight to the side where people belittle you thinking you're a push-over. 2. Though never really experience it, but I do see a few of my colleagues getting bad-mouthed after giving slightly poor impressions. One time, a person dozed off a bit at work sometimes when h/she first joined and was forever stuck with that image, then purposefully left out of meetings. My point is you have to be extra-alert here and never be able to let someone leverage against you. Btw, people do snitch a lot about you if do screw-up. so don't every think you can get away with mistakes, the office walls have ears and eyes and they are vicious. 3. In addition to point 1^^, the people working here are older, more experienced, evident from their age. They might not be able to communicate similarly/ speak to younger folks, so millennial please do take some time to understand them as it is not their fault. However some of them can be unreasonable, expecting you to self-learn and master everything in a limited time-span and thus extremely stressful. 4. Holidays here are non-existent. This company does not follow the calendar, you still have to work on holidays. Best of cases, you get to leave 1-2 hours before end-of-work time around. (start at around 830 - 900, end 6:00 - 6:30. Lucky on holidays, you end 430.) the company just wants to squeeze as much benefits from you and people are alright with it, probably because of the attractive number on the pay-slip. 5. In general, in my personal experience, there are many people who pushes blame around and if you're unlucky, you take the shot for the team but not many people recognize it, only a handful. I shall end-off the "complain" here. There's is definitely more but that's all my brain can pour out for now
