      All reviews given in Glassdoor are given under pressure. One guy who has given right reviews on Google was terminated next day. If you have doubt go and serach it on Google review.

      Cons

      No Proper setup in Bangalore. A small room and they advertise it like opened a new office in Bangalore. Worst Management and worst Team Lead. If you join this organisation specially for Bangalore then life will be hell for you. No infrastructure, no IT support. All the things you have to do it from your side only. Team lead behaves like CTO or CEO and will treat you like slave. They don't know how to talk professionally.

      1 lala company with hire and fire policy 2 not stable for even 5+ year old employee, he also got fire over night 3 glassdoor entries are fabricated by hr and admin 4 not trust worthy 5 no management will assign work properly until you lick 6 hire big guy from east India and fire too 7 emotional blackmail of Jaipur; then you are stuck with no life in jaipur 8 people come from mumbai delhi; just for sitting ideal Advice to New Joiner: 1 join if you don't want to see your future 2 join if you are emotional to shift to jaipur; and want non mnc company 3 join if you want to see fake cmmi 3 level company with poor management and fake future scope 4 join if you are good ui developer but want to switch career line to some dying technology being forced upon you, as you have no choice of leaving 5 notice period in probabation is 3 months, bloody hell kon rakhta he ye 6 no termination policy but only ego of management 7 vision-less and unnecessary onsite just to satisfy egos of licking

      If you are fresher and want to enjoy like your college days, then only join this company

      If you are experienced, don't spoil your career by joining this Navi Mumbai office. They just do hiring and firing, once you are hired, within 3 months without any notice they will ask you to leave with all fake created reasons. They keep your all original education documents during probation period by saying that they are keeping those for verification purpose, it can take 3-6 months. It shows that company don't trust employees

      Being a responsible organization, ATCS has certain code of conduct and non-performance policies (clearly imparted at the time of induction) which are strictly implemented to maintain a good and encouraging working environment for our employees. When any violation of these rules is reported, we provide ample time, assistance and counselling to the concerned employee – giving another chance to improve performance, behaviour, discipline, and professionalism. But when we witness no signs of improvement and the employee still functions with organizationally unacceptable approach, company has full rights to protect its other employees from anything that brings in malicious work culture, and therefore take necessary actions.
