-very low salaries and since the company in in financial trouble no possibilities in any change on this matter
-many people leaving the company (on their own wish, or are asked to), it's been 1/3 of the employees that left within less than 2 years
-very instable
-there's no strategy visible at the moment
-a lot of changes in the middle and top management
-no new customers that could ensure the financial stability
-VERY poor communication on every level
-no possibilities for development/growth
-the atmosphere in teams and among colleagues was great years ago, but it's not that case anymore
-no respect for people, management does nothing to keep good people (or actually push them away) and then seems surprised there are no resources and look for new people in panic
