Do not accept a job here unless you do not value your self-respect and would only wish to keep the position a few months
Pros
Great if you like to collect unemployment and do not value your self-respect. ATI is supposed to stand for Advanced Thought and Innovation, but you are better off not selling your advanced thoughts off this cheaply. The truth is, they do not intend to keep you past a certain point, generally when you put out their fires for them. They get by by hiring bright individuals to fix their SOP and delegate the new processes to existing hourly staff. Once the processes are running smoothly, they dump these individuals and have the cheaper hourly employees keep things humming.
Cons
If you apply for a management or administrative position and these folks decide to interview you, accept the job at your own risk! They will hire you to fix their lack of SOP then discharge you When they are satisfied. If you want to work as a consultant, then by all means, go for it. Also, get ready for them to appeal your unemployment claim, So that you can have a fun day in a courtroom for nothing; they are already on the radar for their high turnover. Just be careful when doing business with these folks. Myself and a good group of my peers and coworkers wish that a review like this one was around when we applied.
