      Pros

      The work is not tedious work for everyday. There is always a challenge and new things to learn. About benefits, as compared to small companies with similar size, they offer more benefits than others. If you compare it with fortune 500 companies, than its not the best but with small business they are among the best in the area. There are two big gatherings - Holiday Party (Employee and Partner) and Company Picnic (Employee and Family).

      Cons

      Vacation is not carried forward into next year as they encourage everyone to time off for fresh minds.

      I do not find any Pros.

      Cons

      No matching 401K, sub-standard vacation / sick leave, very limited health insurance plan offerings($500/month for a single person), not many other perks, no bonus, the contract terminates anytime without notice. It's family run company so you can't complain about upper management, because entire upper management people are family members. Think employee as a money-making machine.
