      Pros

      You are close to latest trends and technologies in the automotive field Work can be good if you are in correct department Excellent work life balance

      Cons

      Compensation is no where near Industry standards Service bond exists if you wish to go abroad. And they will send you and make you sign it. HR and higher management are suckups They will make you feel inferior to your foreign colleagues. Managerial style is way outdated

      Company is Very Good But management is Very bad

      Pros

      Salary on time, People spend here 10,15 20 years, 8.5 hours working in a day, No problems to taking leaves, sometimes people took 45 days leaves for their marriage. No late stay.

      Cons

      Very much favoritism. Lots of politics, people think more on how to kick out others to take the retirement. Skills set problem in upper management. They don't want to learn new things and never understand Juniors. All the work and tasks are given by Graz. More creative and difficult work is done in Graz only not in India. Juniors join and leave in 3-4 years because they never see any growth because seniors are never leaving the company.

      I could not found even single.

      Cons

      As a software engineer , if you want to learn nothing in your career it could be the best place for you .. No learning environment.. There is fixed and little work on very outdated technologies and other developers are very happy with this. It would be like government job if you persist for long as all senior employees do. Very long service bond and very less perks are offered to you .
