Unique opportunity to work in the adult industry
Cons
Highly political. Management is ineffective. Does not respect the editorial process. Poor pay and benefits. Not much respect from mainstream publications if you're trying to find a job outside the adult industry. Editors are classified as "management," often work 60+ hours a week, but no comp time overtime is offered.
