Pros

(Depending on venue) - Good Work Culture - Great for learning - Banking hours and heaps of leave accrued

Cons

(Depending on venue) - Not a great work life balance (did 2200 hours one year) - Equipment is usually on the cheaper end.

Poor hours and attitude problems

Pros

Decent tech, some cool venues. Staff are passionate about the final product they deliver usually.

Cons

Bullying is rife between partners and operation staff, hours are unpredictable so don’t bother having a life outside of the job. Do not be fooled this place does not care about you, scope creep is real with your responsibilities.

Pros

At least they have some form of large investment, so new equipment in new venues only, Older venues are shocking. And seems that this is get worse fast.

Cons

Underpaid positions across the board, and no wiggle for negotiation. The most overworked and challenging hours with 13hr avg day over a year of split shifts that totalled 5.5hr avg paid hours, 6 days a week. Terrible product / service, over priced and you have to front that fact very underpaid. AVOID. Came from Intercontinental Sancturary Cove as their opening team. All AVP venues only get worse. They seem to be a big reason Brisbane Star Casino venue is failing too. Most companies are avoiding this overpriced underdelivered name with a 10 foot pole. No room to grow, very clicky just to make things worse.
