      Unfortunately after closer inspection this looks like a fake review. Only one other person besides the founder had been at the company for a year at the time of this written review. Neither of them wrote this, so while it’s unfortunate someone feels this way, they have not worked at AVRA and wouldn’t be able to give a credible review on the company or culture.

      None. I wish I could say something good about this company.

      Cons

      They will give you a really low salary and expect a lot in return. Ruled by few individuals who just boost each other egos and get paid more then others. Feels like a high school with bunch of mean girls who pretend to be nice, but don’t really care about others. They will expect you to run for them like a little rat and won’t do anything for you in return. Management only cares about themselves and how to make money. They love to micromanage and have 0 human dignity.

      Pros

      Such a wonderful place to work and applying to work here a few years ago was by far my best career move! I have been able to grow into areas I never thought I would and take on new responsibilities/projects that I have thoroughly enjoyed. There is a great sense of respect and feeling valued at Avra by both the CEO and fellow team members.

      Cons

      No Cons for me personally, but you have to understand the startup world and not everyone is cut out for that type of environment.
