Pros
Some colleagues that are genuine, hard working, and good listeners. Exciting technology that does have the potential to benefit many lives and families
Cons
Everything here is considered urgent, making workloads and priorities a mess. As soon as there is a new project/initiative, everyone drops whatever else they are working on and only focuses on that, causing major disruption. Who you know (even from former companies decades ago) has a greater weight than your expertise, experience, and work ethic.

Good benefits, talented co-workers and peers
Cons
Senior mgmt, until recently has not had the strategic vision to make tough decisions about development. In January they did and it resulted in laying off 1/3 of the company. Stock is in the garbage.
