If you have never worked it is an easy way to start gaining experience.

Cons

No matter what some people might say it is not a career for many people and you have to be alright with not talking to most of your fellow coworkers.

Liars and Scammers!

They’re in a nice building.

Cons

They fire and hire like an assembly line. I just witnessed them lay off about 60 employees due to company wanting to restructure and have a smaller head count. Yet, they’re hiring more agents? Poor training, bad leads, management has no clue what they’re doing. You ask questions and it takes days IF you’re to get an answer. This company lies about your commission AND they have clawbacks on the measly few bucks you make on the sale. Don’t make this a career if you are a single parent or are relying on this job for security. You’ll get fired before you can even blink.
