      You sit around and do nothing a lot. It’s a 4 day work week

      Cons

      They are rude, inconsiderate, passive aggressive. Family owned businesses that is only interested in taking vacations and getting new clients. They don’t want to take care of the clients they do get unless they are millionaires. Everyone else is just out of luck. Sad

      The work is very meaningful, it makes coming into work really enjoyable. Other staff in the office are very happy to help. The company also allows for career development.

      There is a lack of strong personalities within the company.
