* Aggresively Growing Company * Lot of Opportunities to take up

Cons

* In-Competent Senior level Management * Managing for the first managers, with their own set of rules * Issues never reach Top-Level Management, hence never get resolved * Managers trying to fend their position, by denying Work-Life balance to the Team members, Compensation, Low Quality High through put delivery... Lots & Lots to tell abt managers. But I think Once top level management gets invloved these issues are quite solvalbe... I can only Pray that to happen
