Pros
Lots of cool stuff to work with and gain good experience with different electrical and automation equipment. Lots of freedom to create solutions.
Cons
Confused management that keeps restructuring the company and introducing new schemes. People are promoted to team leaders with no regard for their people-skills. Salaries are typically 5-10% under average.

Lunch is brilliant and co-workers are Nice
Cons
Lack of business processes and digitalization keeps chaos alive. All staff shall use time stamping like it is 1960! Pension is 0% unlike any other businesses. Teamwork and leadership is not present. It is like a time journey back in time, but in a bad way !
