I don't find any pros.

Cons

First thing is they make you sign a bond and collect your original certificate and won't give you any acknowledgment. Once you join then they start harassing and don't give your certificates. IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR CAREER PLEASE JOIN THE COMPANY. No job security as well. worst company. Thanks.

Pros

I was Joined abacus Corp since it was a great company except one team which works for state clients. I don't want to mention name of that but its very horrible experience with that team and leads. A lot of Micro Management and asks to extend working hours. All other teams and leads are very good in all aspects and achievement. I worked few months there and i want to grow myself there but due to our lead behaviour i couldn' make that.

Cons

I suggest not to join there. As everyone is a human being showing attitudes doesn't works everytime.

Only thing is if you are joining through reference / If you're manager is good to you then only you can prefer here.

Cons

1. I would have given 0 Rating , if there is an option. Only Reference resources can survive here even they are not technically / Functionally Eligible. 2. Dnt Spoil your career . if you join in this company , will loose confident on youself about your career . 3. They can ask employees to leave at any time. No Value for Hard work employees. 4. Dont join either as a payroll Consultant or as a Recruiter.
