Upper management does not care about the employees, lowest paying agency in the area, staff are not treated with respect, the care of the individuals is compromised by a lack of staff.
They are the lowest paying agency. No respect for staff from administration. No respect towards the managers from administration. There are 2 nurses for the entire Residential Department. 2!! Staff is constantly getting abused and then allegations brought against them that put them out of work while the consumer is allowed to continue to hit and beat on staff breaking their personal property. They continue to open up new schools and houses and don’t have enough staff to fill the places they already have. It is a very stressful and terrible place to work.
