Pros

- PTO and the kudos program - Tuition Reimbursement

Cons

-High turnover rate -High stress from lack of support in the classroom + lack of prep/downtime -Lead Teachers and Co Teachers are often left with large class sizes (with no inclusion teacher) and little support throughout the day. They mostly reply on CC Subs -The inclusion program is a scam, they enroll children with special needs and IEP plans but there are not enough inclusion teachers to adequately support their needs. The inclusion director is never on site to observe, you can just meet on zoom. -Poor communication from administration (both to teachers and families) - No room for mistakes or error without penalties or reprimands -Overworked and underpaid -The staff development days and trainings provided to staff primarily focus on gender and pronoun trainings rather than trainings pertaining to ECE Development. - The staff is friendly but you really don't see anyone other than your co teacher and kids. Not much time to collaborate with other educators or build relationships. Felt very secluded and cliquey - Mental health is destroyed at this location, you are spread very thin throughout the week -Quick burnout - Low pay and unwilling to negotiate pay rates -The expectation of the workload versus the amount of time you have to complete tasks is very low

Pros

PTO flexibility and appreciation solely from families

Cons

-negative and toxic environment -employees disrespectful to one another -you will be made to feel undervalued no matter how hard you show up and do your work -mostly inconsistent management -high turnover -no room for mistakes or errors -no room for professional growth and do not provide adequate learning opportunities because as a company they care more about neverending "trainings" on gender and pronouns -parents complain about management to teachers privately -teachers talk amongst themselves about management and particularly the managing director of the 3 preschools (I witnessed 3 employees, 1 former and 2 current, participating in vandalizing a framed photo of this director inside of the center's lobby and they never received consequences or disciplinary notices) -children are fed mostly junk food for snacks with bad ingredients in them -lied to about important things by management on multiple occasions although I did not have a chance to bring it up -purposely underpaid for my entire time there as I learned from a former employee about my "file"
