      Unlimited overtime during Tax Season

      Cons

      Lack of training and high expectations. You are lucky if they don't fire you after tax season. They do not value team admins at all.

      You get paid overtime, not a lot. Working for big 4 you never get paid additionally during busy season

      Cons

      Main partner thinks he owns you, he belittles and makes fun of you. There’s no culture and turnover is higher than a big 4. There is no support or guidance. One of the old partners left the company and sued AbitOs for a reason.
