      Fake glass door reviews!!

      Pros

      Culture is okay as such you can wear casual , less micro management more like individual contribution, you can find free snacks although not that great.

      Cons

      When people are leaving firm in short span because of old technology like VB and powershell..wonder who is writing such long reviews!!! Even Google and Facebook don't have such reviews.. Start adopting new technology .. high job insecurity

      Thanks for your comments. You raise a very serious accusation and one that is impossible to refute one way or another. As all reviews are anonymous, we (Banker's Toolbox) cannot know who is writing reviews and posting on our site. We cannot be certain that they are even employees (current or former). The posting of reviews on Glassdoor is entirely on the honor system. Having said that, I believe in the honor of our employees. I don't believe for a second that one of our "Penguins" (what we call our employees) would post a false review. I choose to believe in our people and will defend them with everything that I have. You have reason to believe otherwise and I would hope that is based on fact. My office is open door and I would love to chat with you. Please come see me and let's discuss your feedback and how to make Bankers Toolbox great. This is a great test for us. I promise that I will listen to you and treat your concerns with the proper care and respect. All I ask is that you engage with us and help make things better.       Less career scope

      Flexibility in working hours You can wear jeans ,t shirts Package free food.

      Cons

      Less projects and development . more work on configuration. Legacy system are bread butter which are built using old tech. Technical seniors working for years don't adapt to change. No onsite opportunity
