      Great elementary school set up and decent set-up for students with unique backgrounds.

      Cons

      Not a great middle school and there seems to be a bias against students and staff in that sector.

      Everyone has kids at the heart of their practice, diverse group of thinkers, good balance between autonomy and common expectations, decent autonomy to be creative with curriculum. No teaching from a script.

      Cons

      Communication can improve for parents, can be an intense population of students and families with a need for lots of differentiation.
