      Pros

      - They have a very supportive and people-first type of culture. - They provide adequate training and super effective and encouraging advice to help you get your job done. - They provide real-time assistance, coaching, and feedback - The pay is great and very competitive (including commissions and bonuses) - Somebody will always be ready to respond to your query for whatever challenges you will be facing (either through email or slack) - Working remotely with flexible time is a big plus for me.

      Cons

      - High standards and targets mean high rewards and benefits. This doesn't sound like a 'Cons' to me.
