      There are no pros to this experience.

      Cons

      I'm not an employee but was contacted for an interview by Zareena via e-mail. I asked her to confirm the expected package. She told me (twice) to reply quickly and stop wasting her time (very very unprofessional).

      No Motivation, There is No HR policy, Core HR team sit in Chennai, HR Manager comes once or Twice in a month to BLR Just to say Hi to employees, Managers crib to give leaves you should tell all your personal thing to them to take leave.
