- Great benefits, bonus and salary - People are friendly and helpful - If you like e-commerce it's great place to feel like a real owner and learn everything from scratch about Amazon at no risk - Huge flexibility and ownership

Cons

- It’s basically dropshipping on steroids, nothing of real value - There’s no real team spirit, as team members are usually scattered across different countries - The organisational structure is too flat, which means there’s very little chance of promotion - No additional projects or tasks beyond the scope of your duties that would allow for personal development and learning something new
