1. I get a chance to work on many features and technologies that are not boring and not something that everyone uses. 2. The product owner is not technical but understands concerns and thinks practically, which leads to good discussions and mutual understanding. 3. I am involved in design and architecture which is interesting and fun 4. Great team members.

Cons

As stability is crucial to us, so we spend time regularly on ensuring the reliability of our website which I prefer less than creating new things.

The virtual culture that Accelevents has been able to create is amazing. Everyone works remote but I have built relationships that rival those I made in a physical office setting.

Pros

It's a fast-paced environment where everyone is required to pull their own weight, and more at times. It is a really interesting product that has a ton of potential and because of the high growth environment, no two days are the same. The entire team is remote so you get to work from home which is nice. Everyone on the team is also really motivated and passionate about the product so it is a really inspiring group to be around.

Cons

If you are someone who has a hard time self-regulating or focusing, this could be a difficult company to work with as it is a fully remote team. You are in charge of keeping yourself accountable and getting your work done. Because the company is also in such a high growth stage, this is not the place for people who want an easy gig where they can just collect a paycheck.
