- management is very bad - No value employee - They will ask yo extend work time as per US time zone - Worst leave policies, sandwich policy, no carry forward leaves - They will hire for one profile and ask you to work on another -Lay off are very common , in morning they will say you have to leave the company till afternoon, they will theow yoh out -The company worth minus star still given 1 - Even if person stayed there side for years it does not matter, if they are paying just work on anything and if you do not they will do the lay off without any warnings - Poor management only sweet talk no good work

I joined Accelirate in Nov, 2021 as a tech. lead. As of now, I am loving the job here. :-) Great thing about the company is they promote good team culture, which you'll not find in most of the companies. This has led to better team coordination and better overall growth. Another great thing about the company is that it has provided a great platform to share the employees ideas and to work upon it. The company is still in its growth cycle and for provides a great platform for everyone to grow professionally.

Cons

As the company is still growing, there is a lot of scope in improving. Given its a relatively new company, you'll have to do self-learn. But good thing around it is, they have initiated a mentorship program, which will assist learners a lot.

Everything is so wrong with this company. Just because you forget to sign in in their software and even after you show the HR the mails that you were working they will cut the salary. Also the management and specially the HR department is in shambles. The HRs are just yes men with no power of their own. They have a hire and fire policy and whoever is joining can join them at your own risk. They want employees to work in U.S and Pakistan timings. You have to start the day at 11 am and no matter how urgent work you have 80% days you will be asked to work overtime. Also their is lot of politics and employee will always be made the scapegoat.
