Pros

Salary gets credited 25th of every month, both side cabs, meal allowances

Cons

Well....(Chuckles), I am not sure from where to start....(I am unsure whether I have ample amount of word limit to mention here). So here we go, I was being hired here when Accertify was the part of amex. When it was being isolated, things got worse. Just to give a brief idea, I am an existing employee and it is becoming difficult for the colleagues to survive here. Managers/Sr. Managers-Management is a crucial part of an organization's success. It involves guiding and controlling an organization's resources and personnel to achieve its goals. The primary goal of management is to create an environment that enables employees to work efficiently and productively. However, the managers here are bunch of clowns that are mainly available to show off. They are very much involved in micro managing the employees barring them for any further opportunities. They very much require boot licking and favor the ones who are keen in doing so. As per them, the term "Visibility" means to stay outside the office hours for long (even though you are lying like a vegetable), take initiatives in further micromanaging the other workmates and always be available to report keeping on the cost of avoiding family times. For them, Accertify should be the be all and end all for everyone. Team Leaders-Most of the team leaders are new here and they don't even have leadership skills. Forget about inculcating them, they are following the same pattern as the upper management follows. Most of them have been promoted as a leader just because they were someone's favorite or have successfully achieved the technique of boot licking. Be it getting in the good books of managers or not appreciating their team members, they unleash hell upon you by always complaining about your ways to complete a particular tasks. Most of the leaders have personal grudges with the individuals and they try to take out during meetings or in 1-1. If you try to explain them anything, they will follow you and will unnecessarily start sending escalation emails. This will distract an employee's mind and he/she will not be able to perform adequately which further worsens the condition and then the employee's is put on performance improvement plan. Analysts/Colleagues-These are the major pioneers or pillars of the organization. They are also referred to as internal clients as they perform all the duties and actions which is collectively referred to as "Production" in an organization. Here at Accertify, we have diverse variety of people. Some of them perform there duties diligently and honestly yet they are never appreciated as the upper management finds "visibility" as the missing element in them. As a result they do not have enough opportunities to grow and are not promoted thus. A majority of people are the ones who work only 10% and show off 90% by involving themselves in futile practices like gossiping about other team members, sharing every piece of personal and non personal information with the senior management who are very much entertained. Human Resource- This is just a figurehead and a puppet in the hands of management and they just pivot around the managers and senior managers. Since the organization has recently been isolated from Amex, policy formulation is still in work. However, the HR's themselves are not aware of the policies but when the time comes for them to create problematic situation for an individual, they roar and show themselves as being the most policy following people. Overall no one takes the accountability here and everyone sets aside when it comes over them. The only people who suffer are analysts. As a result recently a guy has filed a complained against some of the managers. Due to which one of them have resigned and the others have to pay huge penalties.

Pros

Best Company. No micromanagement. People are lying in bad reviews. No toxic environment. So many perks. Great free biscuit in Pantry. Lovely Priyanka Tea Stall chai. Lovely stinking toilet. The senior manager lets you kiss her Good-Bye and you get to help her in the washroom.

Cons

No Bad Shift timings. I used to love Grave Yard Shifts.

Pros

you will become good at licking stress will make your face glow

Cons

below mentioned points are just a professional way to express but to get success in Accertify you need to learn how lick, that's it boom, your a TL now micromanagement: The company culture is heavily focused on micromanagement, which is taken to an extreme. Employees are closely monitored, leading to a stifling work environment. Unfair Promotion Practices: Promotions seem to be based more on favoritism and pleasing managers rather than merit and performance. This has created a toxic atmosphere where advancement is not based on skill or hard work. Post-Separation Decline: Since separating from American Express, the company's standards have noticeably declined. The positive aspects that once existed have deteriorated, revealing significant operational and cultural issues. Poor Office Facilities: Despite being a multi-million dollar company, the office lacks basic facilities. There are not enough seats for employees, which is unacceptable for a company of this size. Work Environment: The work environment is unhealthy, with employees being deliberately separated to prevent communication. This has led to feelings of isolation among team members. Public Shaming: Employees are publicly scolded and tagged in group messages if they are not meeting expectations, creating a culture of fear and anxiety. Overworked Employees: The company expects employees to work excessively, treating them poorly and driving them to exhaustion without proper recognition or support.
