If you like to get your feet wet in diversity this is a great place to root and grow! Endless opportunities for the right people. Team events and activities help boost morale and deepen relationships. Stop thinking about becoming a part of a winning team.... just do it!

      You gotta be ready to rock and roll... We move fast around here, and if you're not paying attention, you will miss the boat! The great news is - the high energy here is contagious and you'll love it!

      Pros

      Responsive management, I can usually get an answer in minutes. Great coworkers who are all qualified. Freedom to find and explore new ways of advancing the company. Plenty of room to advance with the acquisition of new skills, which the company highly encourages.

      Cons

      Challenging situations with financials being involved, but you only get better at knowing what do. Lack of benefits, still a reasonably small company. The fact is, it is high demand and fast paced, not necessarily a bad thing, but you are held accountable.
