They promote Medical Assistant to become office managers who in turn feel they are the providers' boss. They don't respect the providers who are the main bread winners of the company. They expect you to triple book your schedule so that the clinic can make 500 dollars while the providers have the headache of the liability. They bully you if you speak up for yourself. High turnover since we're not respected. The regional medical director is not approachable and not at all someone you can ask for advice since he's on the upper management's side. They claim to be a nice company until your orientation period is over. The list goes on...

The organization has the wrong type of senior leaders starting with the CEO. She has been there too long and is out of touch with the staff, the physicians and the patients. Morale is low among physicians and staff members. Why is a CEO of a $130M organization making over $500,000 a year?
