- Amazing people - Great connections to the industry - Fun work

Cons

- horrible work/life balance. (aka you have no life outside of work) - The commissions break down between the (3) service roles is unfair - HR is not your friend - constant changes in SOP's

remote work in some places

Cons

The two remaining CEO's are driving the company into the ground. Almost half the employees have left. Extremely toxic work environment with no help, support, or leadership. Never any raises or advancement. The long term employees are mean girls, tons of gossip and bullying.

Major leadership changes with no explanation. Pretty concerning for an employee. There have been consistent organizational changes since I’ve been here. Doesn’t feel very stable.
