Pros

There is absolutely no good reason to work here. Ever.

Cons

- Can’t have your phone on you. Your phone has to be in a pocket by the managers desk at all times. - You can’t talk to coworkers or else you’ll get in trouble (there are cameras around the building that record you, visual and auditory) which means they can hear what you say. - Which brings me to my next point. You can only speak English, no other languages because they want to know what you’re saying (English was difficult to speak for some employees) - You won’t know you’re working overtime until the day before or as you’re leaving at the EOD. - You’re expected to produce x amount they need in x amount of days or they will threaten to fire you. - Was told they would accommodate to my schedule but made up excuses that what I needed would not work for them. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. - Owners are nice people but horrific business owners. They come off as super fake and caring “we’re like a family,” but in reality they don’t give a sh*t about you and shrug you off if there are any work related problems. They are a great example of how NOT to run a business.

Pros

The people that you work with on the floor is the only good thing.

Cons

Not allowed to hold manufacturing accountable. Manufacturing controls the quality department. Not allowed to talk while working. Every move you make is watched by cameras. I was told to not put product on a non-conforming and just allow manufacturing to fix it on numerous occasions. If you are not early, you are late. Last minute overtime required. Must have 30 day notice to get a day off. Don't bother asking if you can have a day that isn't 30 days even if it is an event you just learned about and had no way of knowing beforehand. Be prepared to miss a lot of school activities for kids because most teachers do not inform you 30 days in advance. No room for career advancement.

The co-owner, she is the worst two faced person you’ll ever meet.
