      It was great to work for a female CEO until the entire leadership became mostly white males. unlimited PTO pretty good benefits for a startup The people who aren't management re generally really easy to collaborate with and learn from

      Cons

      A (white) boys club. Women are treated mostly like administrative assistants, even the highly qualified engineers with doctorate degrees. Upper management has gotten progressively worse. The people in chare don't actually care about diversity and really only speak so they can hear their own voices.

      Could do with more social situations. Management a little bit out of touch with rest of the team
