      It’s a decent living wage job

      Pros

      -They care about employee wellness -Company paid team bonding activities (Sports, outings, games etc..) -Updating wages depending on living wage -Religious, cultural diversity -Pay arrives on time monthly -Get bonuses depending on holiday shifts -4 Free hotel stays at selected hotels per year -Employee discount varies in % depending on hotels

      Cons

      -Mostly busy during morning shifts -Can feel overworked at times depending on busyness in the case of being a staff member short -Shift/Team/Management leadership might sometimes slack off and let you and member colleagues do the service work when it becomes slightly less busy even though they also get paid to work the services with you.
