Paid holidays, Sick time, incentive time off, and bonuses
Cons
Work environment is very cliquey, Certain people are friends with the boss, and it's very hard to actually feel like you're part of the team if you're not in the clique. Also have some weird policies about which bathroom you're allowed to use for which of your bodily functions. When training it feels like you're being micromanaged for forever. training is very long, and can be very frustrating.

Paid holidays, incentives, friendly co workers (except Kelsey) comfortable working environment, you sit and make calls all day. Not hard
Cons
Bad management. Ignored problems. Short breaks, not enough time for lunch. No real room for advancement in career. Old time clock system.
