It's a very best Ethical Company.

The old people I mean who are working here since 12 to 15 years spoiling the work environment. Stopping and troubling the company to grow with technology.

Pros

Communication and Supervisory structure needs working on. to much cross contamination and chiefs. This causes a lot of confusion between associates. Some Higher up Management tend to have temper tantrums.

Cons

Mostly nice and respectful associates. modest pay

Pros

9 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Very little overtime. Some people a nice and helpful. Will give you time off if needed.

Cons

No raises. what you start at you stay at. You get sent home when it's slow and other people are getting overtime, because they are favorites. They lay people off with more then 10 years with the company and hire temps that need to be trained to do your job.
