      Pros

      You will receive a rushed training of different softwares that are commonly used. They will outsource you as ‘experts’ when you barely have any experience. Just pray you get a good company and learn from them which Ace will never do.

      Cons

      READ YOU CONTRACT CLEARLY. You recruiter will package it nicely and make it sound like it worth your time. They pay you a basic (1k+) with commission for being in client office. So if you do not have job assigned to you or you could not pass their job interviews, you will only receive basic pay (1k+). You are only paid commission if are in clients office so leave and MCs technically deduct your pay. If you need to go for reservists, they will pay you basic only, instead of what is written in the app.

      Pros

      - Will help to gain experience, enough to get a new job after contract ends. - Will receive certificates for the different software once training is completed.

      Cons

      - Bare minimum salary. - They WILL lie to clients and say you're experienced when you're not. - They won't take no for an answer if you're not confident about working in certain fields.
