      Did not come come across any pros up until now

      Cons

      Acendre is like to fail completely in 2 yrs. First fired all developers in Australia to hire in India, later fired all developer in India to hire in Australia again. Problem is not developer. Problem is the product and the product team. So many other good company to work for.

      - Has a flavour of a start-up and as well as a process oriented organisation - Work is great, we get to work on challenging projects - Organisation invests heavily on career building

      - Since, the teams are ramping up, we are working for longer hours and on weekends
