Pros

Small Company, so you can be involved in a lot of projects if you wish.

Cons

Unless you work in sales, your not important, and the sales department is the laziest group in the company. Owner doesn’t know what he’s doing and makes all decisions based on ego and spends the company’s money like a teen with a credit card and when things go bad, he’ll cut employees benefits before any other cost saving measure is considered. No growth opportunities for most people.

Pros

Enjoyable coworkers and understanding managers. The owner cares about his employees and takes the time to know everyone's names and provides incentives to help keep productivity high.

Cons

As receptionist you must stay at the front desk to buzz people into the office and answer phones, this made it difficult to use the bathroom as you had to ask for someone to leave their work and cover the desk.

Decent pay, if it's worth it.

Pros

Quarterly profit sharing, where you received a portion of the profits (not sales), at the end of each quarter.

Cons

Dirty work environment, including people smoking at their machines inside the shop. No leadership and terrible management. Mandatory overtime.
