The people, so far. Got the chance to learn SN from scratch. The academy program was outstanding. Everybody is willing to help.

Cons

Since NTT bought Acorio everything changed. Many good people (work and human being perspective) left. No more bonus, unreachable targets. Unfair project assignment since talent is leaving and you got to survive on your own. No promotions for a while.
