      Mass layoff and putting company at risk

      It was good until last year.

      Cons

      The current changes at the top management level have impacted lots of people, especially those working on software development. The mass layoff was one of them, and even the new CEO doesn't have an idea of doing business and is completely disconnected from reality

      There's a lot of learning, you get the flexibility to work in a way that works for you. It doesn't matter if you work from 6 in the morning till 12 in the noon or begin your work at 11, all that matters is getting the work done
